Based in Wardha, Maharashtra, Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences (DMIMS) is a Deemed University that has been reaccredited with Grade A grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and Ministry of HRD, Government of India. Spread across 125 acres in Wardha, Maharashtra, Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences (DMIMS) hosts a self sustainable campus with all the necessary amenities or infrastructure. There are 5 boys’ hostels with capacity of 703 students and 9 girls’ hostels with capacity of 1844 students. Besides these, there are two PG hostels for boys and two PG hostels for girls. High quality food is served in the clean and hygienic dining hall. Amenities such as colour TV, recreational facilities, STD booth, beauty services, etc are available for residents. Hostels are administered by resident wardens and rectors.

For admission in undergraduate courses, candidate should be an Indian national and should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the academic year.
For admission to the MBBS/BDS course, the candidate needs to hold a 10+2 or equivalent degree with compulsory English and a minimum of 50 percent in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. He/she should qualify the NEET Examination conducted by Govt. of India.
For admission to a postgraduate course, candidate should be an Indian national OR an NRI. He/she should have passed from institutions recognised by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India. Candidate needs to write Entrance Exam for admission to postgraduate courses in the Faculties of Medicine and Dental Sciences. The candidate should have obtained full registration either from Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India or from the State Medical/Dental Councils respectively. Candidate should have completed one year compulsory rotatory internship from a recognised institution on or before 31st March of the academic year. The candidate should also qualify the NEET Examination conducted by Govt. of India.
