Career strategist and educator Sandeep Sen has launched the Career Compass Bootcamp, a one-day, high-impact workshop designed to help school students in Classes 9–12 navigate the complexities of career choices and develop actionable plans for the future.
The bootcamp takes participants through a structured journey of self-discovery using interactive exercises, reflective tools, and real-world scenario building. Students learn to identify their strengths, differentiate between skills and interests, map higher education pathways, and build the confidence to make informed life decisions.
Early participants have reported greater self-awareness, stronger decision-making abilities, and a clearer sense of direction. Parents and educators have welcomed the initiative for its practical and relatable approach that complements academic learning.
An initiative of Action Learning Labs, an education innovation venture founded by Sen, the programme focuses on bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world readiness. The organisation has collaborated with leading universities across India and mentored students from diverse backgrounds, designing personalised and future-focused learning experiences.
“Our mission is to empower students to not only choose their path wisely but also walk it with purpose and resilience,” said Sen.
The bootcamp is now open for schools to host on campus, with sessions customised to fit their academic calendars.
