KNOLSKAPE, a global experiential learning company, has announced a strategic partnership with Switzerland-based IMD Business School, one of the world’s leading institutions for leadership and organisational development. The collaboration makes KNOLSKAPE IMD’s official partner in India, providing executives in the country with easier access to IMD’s executive education portfolio, including its flagship Orchestrating Winning Performance (OWP) programme.
The tie-up comes at a critical time. According to the India Skills Report 2025, just 54.8 percent of graduates are deemed job-ready, leaving organisations struggling to find leaders equipped to manage rapid technological and digital disruption.
Through the partnership, IMD’s globally benchmarked programmes will be delivered alongside KNOLSKAPE’s experiential simulations, designed to build the confidence, resilience and foresight needed to navigate today’s complex business landscape.
“India is at a turning point, where the demand for capable leaders is growing much faster than the supply,” said Rajiv Jayaraman, Co-founder and CEO of KNOLSKAPE. “By bringing IMD’s world-class programmes into the Indian context, we’re equipping leaders with the confidence and foresight they need to thrive in a world that is evolving every single day.”
Mark Greeven, Dean of Asia at IMD, added: “With KNOLSKAPE as a trusted partner, we can extend our reach in India with sharper local context. By combining practical learning, peer exchange, and our research-driven insights, we aim to help leaders build the clarity and confidence to navigate both local realities and global challenges.”
The partnership aligns international best practices with India’s unique workforce requirements, providing organisations across sectors with enhanced access to leadership development solutions capable of driving innovation, navigating disruption, and delivering sustained growth.
