Edtech platform PhysicsWallah (PW) has launched LexGlobal, a new initiative focused on legal certifications and professional upskilling. The launch event in Delhi was attended by students, advocates, and industry professionals.
Designed to close the gap between traditional legal education and practical expertise, LexGlobal will cater to graduates and early-career professionals seeking hands-on training in areas such as corporate law, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, and dispute resolution.
The platform is rolling out four flagship certifications in Contract Drafting & Negotiation, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). These courses will carry the endorsement of PhysicsWallah, the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), and leading law firms.
“At LexGlobal, we aim to make legal learning more practical. It’s not just about coursework, but about creating spaces where learners can apply knowledge—whether drafting contracts or preparing for arbitration,” said Atul Kumar, CEO of PW Online.
Each programme will combine recorded sessions, live faculty interactions, case studies, simulations, and capstone projects, giving learners exposure to real-world contracts, M&A transactions, IP strategy, and arbitral proceedings. Dedicated modules on AI tools for compliance and redlining, as well as international frameworks such as CISG and FIDIC, are also included to provide global perspectives.
Initially offering micro-certifications of 6–8 weeks, LexGlobal plans to expand its portfolio with advanced programmes, stackable credentials, and diploma courses, targeting law students, in-house counsels, and corporate legal teams alike.
