Canadian International School (CIS), Bangalore, is set to host a global alumni reunion at its Yelahanka campus as part of celebrations marking 30 years of the institution.
The event will bring together alumni from the past 29 years, commemorating CIS’s journey as one of India’s pioneering international schools.
The reunion also coincides with 26 years of CIS offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).
Planned activities include campus tours, scavenger hunts and a trivia challenge reflecting on three decades of academic and institutional milestones. Alumni will have the opportunity to reconnect with former teachers and classmates, while experiencing the school’s continued focus on its guiding values of Nurture, Challenge and Empower.
“This reunion is far more than a celebration—it is a homecoming for thousands of students who have carried the CIS spirit across continents,” said Anjana Sastri, Head of Strategic Initiatives at Canadian International School, Bangalore. “As we mark 30 years, we are honoured to welcome our alumni back to the place where their international journeys began.”
The school will also showcase key moments from its three-decade history, including the development of its lakeside campus, innovations in academic and co-curricular programmes, and its sustained emphasis on international-mindedness, sustainability and holistic education.
The reunion will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the CIS Yelahanka campus. Alumni from all graduating years, along with former faculty members, have been invited to register and participate in the celebrations.
