East Point Group of Institutions (EPGI), Bengaluru, has been awarded ‘Best Educational Group of the Year’ at the Outlook Business Spotlight – Nation Builders Excellence Awards.
The award was presented by Karnataka Health and Family Welfare Minister U T Khader to Rajiv Gowda, CEO, East Point Group of Institutions, at an event held in Bengaluru.
EPGI has 12 institutions, more than 10,000 students, a 100-acre integrated campus and a 1,200-bed multi-speciality teaching hospital. The group offers programmes across disciplines, with a focus on education, research, innovation and industry engagement.
Speaking on the recognition, Gowda said the award recognised the contribution of students, faculty, alumni and staff towards academic excellence and innovation. He added that the institution would continue to focus on career-oriented programmes and industry-linked learning.
The recognition adds to EPGI’s record of awards and rankings across higher education and professional learning.
