NIIT Learning Systems Limited and its subsidiary SweetRush have jointly earned 114 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards for 2026 for programmes developed with client organisations worldwide.
NIIT Learning received 90 awards, comprising 28 Gold, 27 Silver and 35 Bronze. These were won with clients including IBM, MetLife, Qatar Airways, ServiceNow, Shell, Medtronic and Hitachi Energy, as well as for its internal learning and development initiatives and AI-based learning solutions.
SweetRush, acquired by NIIT Learning in January 2026, received 24 awards, including 17 Gold and seven Silver. The awards recognised work undertaken with the American Association of Family Physicians, Arcadis, Scrum Alliance, SHRM and Uber across learning experience design, leadership development and workforce transformation.
Sapnesh Lalla, CEO and Executive Director of NIIT Learning, said the awards reflected the company’s use of AI in simulations, coaching and adaptive workplace learning.
Entries were assessed by industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based on criteria including programme design, delivery, adoption, user experience, innovation and measurable impact.
The winners will be honoured at the HCM Excellence Conference from January 26–28, 2027, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
