NIIT Limited has launched five professional programmes under NIIT Digital to prepare learners for roles in artificial intelligence, software development, data analytics, machine learning and digital marketing.
The programmes were developed in consultation with industry leaders and enterprise stakeholders. They cover generative AI, large language models, intelligent automation, predictive analytics and AI-powered business applications.
The five programmes and their learning outcomes are:
- AI Engineering Professional Programme: Covers AI-native engineering, generative AI, large language models, intelligent automation, and AI application development and deployment.
- AI Full-Stack Development Professional Programme: Focuses on AI-powered development using Java, React, Spring Boot, distributed systems and cloud deployment.
- AI Data Analytics and ML Professional Programme: Provides training in Python, data analytics, machine learning, predictive modelling and AI-led decision-making.
- AI Data Analytics Professional Programme: Covers Python, business analytics, data visualisation and data analysis for business applications.
- AI Digital Marketing Professional Programme: Focuses on using AI for content creation, campaign optimisation, customer engagement, search engine optimisation, performance marketing, analytics and automation.
The programmes include mentor-led sessions, projects, case studies and assignments. They will be delivered through NIIT Digital’s online learning platform.
According to NIIT’s India Skills Gap Report 2026, nearly 40 per cent of employers and academic leaders expect AI to reshape workforce roles over the next three to five years. The report also found that 38 per cent of respondents believe employers increasingly value certifications and micro-credentials alongside traditional degrees.
