Heritage Girls School and Central Public School co-hosted the BSAI Principals’ Conclave 2026 in Udaipur from August 23 to 25. The event brought together 48 BSAI management committee members, heads of member schools and school representatives.

The conclave began with a management committee meeting on August 23 to discuss key issues and prepare for the BSAI Annual General Meeting (AGM).

On August 24, participants visited Heritage Girls School, where author and innovation consultant Pavan Soni delivered the keynote address. He spoke about the impact of technology on memory, intelligence and creativity. Students also led delegates on a tour of the school.

The participants later visited Central Public School, where students showcased the institution’s facilities and activities. The visit was followed by the BSAI AGM, chaired by BSAI president Captain A. J. Singh. Reports on the association’s activities and financial position were presented, along with discussions on future plans.

During the AGM, BSAI formally launched a Certificate Course in Pastoral Care for staff at its member schools. The programme is supported by EducationWorld.

The conclave also included visits to the City Palace and Lake Pichola. A dinner at Jagmandir Palace was hosted by Dr Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, the 77th custodian of the House of Mewar, and attended by his wife, Nivritti Kumari.
