Overview

Trio World Academy, located in Sahakar Nagar, North Bengaluru, was established in 2007 by K. N. Manjunath with the vision of providing high-quality and affordable international education. Over the years, the school has grown into one of Bengaluru’s respected IB and Cambridge international schools, now serving 700+ students from over 20 nationalities.

The institution is operationally led by Managing Director K. M. Naveen, under whose leadership the school has strengthened academic systems, wellbeing frameworks, and university placement support. With over 120 staff members and a 1:6 teacher–student ratio, the school emphasises personalised attention, academic excellence, emotional wellbeing, leadership development, and future-ready skills.

Campus

The school is situated on a spacious 5-acre green campus featuring over 45 air-conditioned, ICT-enabled classrooms designed for age-appropriate learning.

The campus includes well-equipped Physics, Chemistry, and Biology laboratories, along with Computer Science/ICT, Robotics, and dedicated STEM labs. The infrastructure supports both academic rigour and holistic development in a safe and modern environment. The school does not offer hostel facilities.

Academics

Trio World Academy is affiliated with the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). It offers the IB Primary Years Programme (Nursery to Grade 5), Cambridge IGCSE (Grades 6 to 10), and the IB Diploma Programme (Grades 11 and 12).

The school follows inquiry-based, student-centred, experiential, and technology-integrated pedagogies that promote conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and differentiated learning. Teachers undergo continuous professional development through IB workshops, Cambridge training, and international certifications.

Admission

Admissions are open throughout the year, subject to seat availability. The process includes an enquiry and campus visit, submission of an application form, assessment or interaction (if applicable), and admission confirmation. Eligibility is based on age criteria and review of previous academic records. Annual fee details are shared with registered applicants.
