Sreenidhi International School, Hyderabad is a coeducational school established in 2003 by entrepreneur-turned-educationist Dr. Katikaneni Taher Mahi. The school offers education from nursery to class XII. The school is affiliated with the International Baccalaureate Organisation, Geneva; Cambridge Assessment International Examinations, UK and Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CICSE), Delhi. The academic programmes offered include International Baccalaureate – Primary Years Program (IB PYP), International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IB-DP); syllabus prescribed by CICSE from classs VI-XII; and International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE – UK) from class VI-X.
The school offers day boarding, weekly and full boarding facilities.
The school is sited on a 60 acre campus and comprises well-ventilated classrooms, laboratories, an assembly hall for prayer services, an infirmary, a spacious dining hall, and a bank for students, to facilitate minor transactions, and an amphitheatre, which is used for staging dramas, films and concerts both by the students and renowned artists who visit the school periodically. Kala Bhavan is designed for visual arts, exhibitions and workshops.
Infrastructure for athletics includes a 200-meter eight-lane track, a long jump pit, hurdles and a throws arena for shot put, discus and javelin. In terms of the other sports, there are two synthetic-floor basketball courts, a cricket ground with dressing rooms, a football ground, two handball grounds, two squash glass back and wooden flooring courts, a six-lane 25m swimming pool and a toddler pool, four synthetic floor tennis courts and two volleyball courts.
Grades nursery and above have classrooms on the ground floor. Each room has a courtyard, trees and a sit-out to facilitate open-air classes. Every classroom is spacious and colourful and has individual units with their own activity rooms for art, music, workshops and so on. Classrooms incorporate modern teaching aids like computers and televisions as well as charts, soft boards and other visual aids.
The library is equipped with books and other resource material and is divided into units for juniors, seniors and teachers resource. The collection comprises poetry, drama, fiction, non-fiction, dictionaries, encyclopedias, classics, magazines, journals, videos, CD ROMs, films and music.
The science and computer laboratories are spacious and well equipped.
The school teaches languages such as Telugu, Sanskrit, French, German apart from English and Hindi. Sreenidhi International School currently offers students the option of writing the class X ICSE & class XII ISC (Delhi, India) exams and/ or class X IGCSE (CIE, U.K) exam. Sreenidhi International is also an IBO World school authorized to offer the Primary Years Program (PYP) and the Middle Years Program (MYP) or Diploma Program, and International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in classes XI and XII.

The senior faculty of the school regularly attends workshops conducted by International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO). Sixteen teachers across disciplines have already attended the level 1 workshops conducted by IBO in India and abroad.
Sreenidhi International School has also entered into an agreement with Switzerland-based Leysin American School (LAS) to offer a two-year international diploma program to students at the Intermediate level from August 2010.

The school has international exchange programs with Germany-based Goethe Zentrum under the Pasch program and Episcopal School, Dallas & St. Marks Texas, USA.
The school offers weekly (five-day) and full boarding facilities.
Five Day Boarders: Students are picked up from theirhomes on Monday morning and dropped back at home on Friday evening after a five day comprehensive residential programme.
Full day boarders live in houses (72 per house) under the care of a house master / house mistress. Full boarding is available from class IV onwards.
Each residential block contains rooms that are spacious and well ventilated. Open air sit-outs, common rooms and study areas are provided with each block.
The staff quarters are attached to the hostels in a way that encourages teacher-student interaction and supervision without encroaching upon privacy.
