The Hari Sri Vidya Nidhi School is a coeducational day school affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE). The school was started on July 27, 1983 by Nalini Chandran, recipient of the Derozio Award. The school is managed by the Hari Sri Vidya Nidhi trust.
The school offers classes from nursery to class X and the primary aim of the institution is to run “a model school for boys and girls, maintaining a high standard in education and culture”.
The school campus is spread over an area of three acres and includes well ventilated classrooms, laboratories, activity rooms, auditorium and audio visual hall. Facilities for outdoor and indoor games are also offered.
The school is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) and students write the board’s class X ICSE exam. English is the medium of instruction with Hindi and Malayalam as the second and third languages respectively. The school takes pride in its academic success which according to the school is achieved by its interactive teaching methodology. The school lays equal importance on extracurricular and sports activities and has exhibited commendable performances at various interschool, zonal and state level championships.
