Ltd., a key player in the Chartered Accountancy (CA) test preparation market. This acquisition marks Adda247’s entry into the INR 800 crore CA test preparation market, enhancing its offerings in competitive exam preparation.
Ekagrata has a strong product lineup for CA aspirants, which aligns with Adda247’s strategy of providing high-quality online courses for competitive exams. This acquisition is expected to increase Adda247’s user base, currently at 40 million monthly users, and position it to capture a significant share of the growing CA test preparation market. The combination of Adda247’s reach and Ekagrata’s expertise in CA preparation aims to offer an unmatched learning experience for aspiring chartered accountants.
Ekagrata’s founders and employees will join Adda247, with the Ekagrata brand now fully owned by Adda247. Anshul Agrawal, founder of Ekagrata, will be appointed Director – CA at Adda247 to lead the category.
