Direct talk. “At its core, PowerSchool’s mission is to transform education through innovative technology, ensuring every student receives a personalized learning experience. Globally, we serve over 60 million students in 90+ countries. In India, our solutions are empowering over 1,000 schools to deliver scalable, efficient, and personalized learning experiences. Our platform is designed to meet regional needs while providing globally integrated solutions that support schools in every aspect — from administration and learning management to data analytics — helping institutions achieve operational efficiency and academic excellence.
Our Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, established over seven years ago, is a key driver of this impact. Today, it houses more than 1,400 employees across engineering, AI innovation, customer success, and product delivery. We’ve recently expanded to Chennai, where our second centre is growing rapidly. These centres are not just delivery hubs, but innovation powerhouses deeply integrated into our global ecosystem,” says Nischal.
Future plans. Nischal is clear about the road ahead. “We plan to enhance our unified education ecosystem, embedding AI and data analytics even more deeply to deliver personalized learning and actionable insights. We aim to equip every educator with the training, support, and tools they need to make a real impact. Personalized onboarding and continuous support will remain a top priority,” he affirms.
