Auxilium Convent High School at Wadala is an all girls day school affiliated to the Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE). The school was founded in 1950 by the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, also known as the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco. The school offers education from class I to X and boasts a student strength of 2248.
The school hosts spacious, well ventilated classrooms, a well stocked library featuring a collection of 5308 books, an inhouse canteen, a medical checkup facility and labs for chemistry and biology. The school also has a ramp to assist students who are differently abled.

Extracurricular: Apart from academics the school offers various extracurricular activities including sports such as volleyball, football, hockey, basketball, and athletics.
