Barnes School & Junior College, Devlali, Nashik is a coeducational day cum residential school affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi. Established in 1925 by Archdeacon George Barnes, the school is part of the Bombay Education Society which is the second oldest education society in the country. The school offers education from preschool through class XII.

The sprawling 265 acre school campus is sited against the majestic backdrop of the Sahyadris between the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force bases. The school hosts a well equipped library and media center; every classroom is equipped with a Smart Board. The school cafeteria serves a variety of food prepared under hygienic conditions; there is also 24-hour medical facility at separate infirmaries for boys and girls with qualified nurses on duty.

The school offers education from playschool to class XII and follows the ICSE curriculum. The class strength is limited to 35-40 children in each class. The school holds special coaching for IIT_JEE/ AIEEE / NEET / MHT-CET.

Applications for admission to hostel must be submitted between November and March in the year in which admission is sought.
The school usually completes its admission process before the end of March. However admissions are granted in the middle of the academic year if vacancies exist. The age eligibility for admission to each class is as follows.
