BHIS Noida hosts its annual function Anubhuti

Billabong High International School (BHIS) Noida celebrated its spectacular annual function ‘Anubhuti’ on October 13, 2018. The event was graced by the presence of the honourable director Ms. Jasmine Gandhi and the principal Ms. Sharmila Chatterjee. The guest of honour for the evening was Colonel V.N. Thapar. The occasion was also graced by the presence of esteemed guests Dr. Pankaj Kumar Jha, professor, Lady Shriram College, Delhi University and Ms. Neha Sharma deputy secretary and Head, CoE, CBSE, Delhi. The event witnessed young learners full with zeal and enthusiasm as they showcased their musical-dance presentation on ‘Panchatatva- The Cosmic Harmony’. The event further saw the learners propagating the idea of saving the earth and the human race through their eye-opening presentation ‘Dhara- Our Harboured Inheritance’. The School Annual Report for the academic session 2018-19 was shared by the principal along with the student council members. On the occasion, Dr. Jha shared words of great wisdom with the learners, the parents and the audience. The event progressed with the musical-dance-drama presentation ‘Shaheed- a revolutionary idea’ by the learners on the life and ideas of great leader and visionary, Shaheed Bhagat Singh. The scintillating and cathartic presentation created a lasting impact on the audience, the learners and everyone present. The event closed with motivational words by Col. Thapar.
