Sagar School valedictory The valedictory school-leaving function of class XII of The Sagar School, Alwar, was staged on February 18 and presided over by chief guest Dr. Philip Lundberg, senior vice president and campus director of the Modi Academic International Institute-Stratford University, New Delhi. On the occasion, Sagar School™s principal, Jayshree Balasaria, introduced Aditya Bhasin, the president of the newly formed Sagar Alumni Association. Graduating international students Nilza Wangmo and Zuren T. Kikon recounted their experiences at the school while the class XI orchestra performed on the occasion. NPSC symposium The Delhi-based National Progressive Schools Conference (NPSC) discussed ˜Education for Social Engagement and Responsibility™ on February 19-20 during a two-day symposium staged at the national capital™s India International Centre. The conference, chaired by Ameeta Mulla Wattal, principal of the Springdales School, Pusa Rd, Delhi, was attended by over 300 principals and teacher delegates of 150 member schools of NPSC (estb. 1973).
