What is Nutrition and Dietetics?

• Advising and counselling patients on nutritional principles, healthy eating habits and diet modifications
• Monitoring food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanity and quality standards
• Developing policies for food service/nutritional programs to assist in health promotion and disease control
