Shaheen Khan, founder director, CEDP Skill Institute and Vasim Shaikh, president, CEDP Skill Institute, a premier institute imparting quality training and education based in Mumbai, recently bagged the prestigious award for ‘Eminent Educationists and Educationalaa Excellence’, respectively at the “Indo-American Education Summit 2016”. The award is in recognition of CEDP’s effort to provide a sustainable solution to make quality skill-based training on skilling and entrepreneurship leading to meaningful employment to millions of young Indians.
Organised by the Indus Foundation, an association dedicated to the promotion of higher education in India, the Indo-American Education Summit recognises the achievements of some of the finest universities, colleges and institutions by presenting Awards for Educational Excellence annually. The Summit 2016 featured sessions on collaborative research programmes, joint/dual degree programmes, twinning and transfer programmes, faculty and student exchange programmes, study abroad in India programmes, distance education programmes, vocational education programmes, and other academic partnerships.
