Remove from the heat and mix with parsley, and let it cool. Mix minced chicken with salt, pepper, egg yolk and cream cheese. Mix in the sautéed onions and parsley. Divide the mixture into 24 even-sized balls and refrigerate for two to three hours. Beat two full eggs. Dust the chicken balls with flour; dip in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs.
