Senior academicians from Columbia University in the United States met Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in New Delhi on Monday to discuss plans for collaboration in key technology areas.
According to Pradhan, the delegation was led by Columbia Engineering Dean Prof Shih-Fu Chang and included members of the university’s academic leadership.
The discussions focused on potential partnerships with Indian institutions in artificial intelligence, semiconductors and large language models.
