Convent of Jesus and Mary, (CJM), Dehradun is a K-12 girls day schools affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) New Delhi.
It was founded in 1818 by the J & M Dehradun Educational Society, a Christian minority institution, and started functioning officially on February 1, 1901 with just 15 students on its roll.
The school has grown in leaps and bounds over the years and offers classes from kindergarten to class XII. CJM, Dehradun aims at the education of the Catholic community and preference is given to catholic students in the admission process.
CJM Dehradun hosts modern classrooms equipped with smart boards and LCD projectors, well-equipped laboratories for biology, chemistry, physics, computer science and home science, a fully stocked library, a double-storeyed auditorium, a conference hall, a multipurpose hall and a gymnasium.
Sports facilities include an athletic track, a basketball court, long jump pit and a huge playground for games and sports.
CJM Dehradun is affiliated with CISCE and offers classes from kindergarten to class XII. There are no formal examinations until class II and promotion is based on continuous evaluation throughout the academic year.
Other classes have regular evaluations during the year with class tests and unit tests and results being declared in March.
Extra-Curricular:
CJM, Dehradun promotes a wide range of extracurricular activities including public speaking, extempore, debates, music, art, drama etc. Sports activities comprise badminton, basketball, shooting, athletics, long jump, table tennis etc.

Students of CJM Dehradun have won several accolades in sports such as basketball, badminton, table tennis, debate and international shooting competitions.
The school faculty have also been recipients of various awards for their contribution towards education.
Being a day school, it does not provide accommodation facilities.
