(4 servings) Ingredients 8 bananas, peeled 125 gm butter, melted 125 gm chopped peanuts Preparation guide Steam the bananas in a large saucepan. Be careful they don’t become too soft. Drain and roll the bananas in melted butter and subsequently roll each banana separately in the chopped groundnuts/peanuts. Arrange them in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C.
