DAV International School, Amritsar is a coeducational day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Founded in 1998, the school operates under the aegis of D.A.V. College Managing Committee. With student strength of nearly 5300, DAV International School, Amritsar offers education from Kindergarten through class XII.

Affiliated with CBSE, the school offers education from Kindergarten to class XII. The school faculty and students get opportunities to visit schools in the UK, Singapore and US. DAV International School, Amritsar prepares students for the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations.

Students of DAV International School, Amritsar have made the school proud in academics, sports and cultural activities alike. Last year, three DAVIANS were placed among the top 0.1 percent of merit holders in class XII CBSE examinations. One of the three students Riya Kalra topped the Medical Stream in Amritsar by securing 97.4 percent and stood second in the district.
The school is a recipient of the Green Award from the Centre for Science and Environment.
The school has been a recipient of the British Council International School Award twice in a row for the session 2006-09 and 2010-13.
Being a day school, DAV International School, Amritsar does not offer accommodation facility.
