Overview

The Delhi Public School (DPS) Society was incepted as a non-profit making body. It established its first school in 1949 at Mathura Road, New Delhi. In pursuance of its motto ‘Service Before Self’, and its commitment to an integrated educational system, the mission of the society was to enhance learning among the Indian youth.

New DPS schools followed in rapid succession, and today the society has grown into a family of 158 schools, 23 of which are abroad in countries such as Kuwait, Sharjah, Indonesia, Nepal, Bahrain, Dubai, Afghanistan, Doha, USA, Dhaka, Nepal, Thailand, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh,Sri Lanka and Singapore.

Each DPS school has developed into a pace-setting autonomous institution, with a well-designed program of instruction, based on the pursuit and promotion of excellence.

Campus

Delhi Public School, Bulandshahr hosts world class facilities including spacious classrooms, well stocked library, spacious lecture hall, well equipped laboratories, dispensary, canteen, impressive staff rooms and offices.

The school’s basket ball ground is engineered with high quality material allowing players to deliver outstanding performance. The school hosts an action packed play ground where the children can develop their physical coordination, strength and flexibility.

Academics

Affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi Public School, Bulandshahr offers classes from Nursery to class XII.

Co-curricular:

The school promotes a host of co-curricular activities with an aim to make the students physically fit, foster competitive spirit, sense of co-operation, leadership, diligence, punctuality, team-spirit as well as to provide a backdrop for the development of their creative talents.

Students are encouraged to participate in sports such as Athletics, Cricket, Football, Gymnastics, Judo, Table Tennis, Volley Ball and Skating and their literary talents are nurtured by encouraging them to put up their short stories, poems thoughts and illustrations on the display boards at the school premises.
