Don Bosco School, Siliguri is a boys day school affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi and offers education from kindergarten through class XII. Sited at the foothills of the Himalayan ranges, in North Bengal, the school was founded on January 15, 1973 with six boys in class VII.
The school aims to train the students to be impeccable and honest citizens of India. It is managed by the Salesians of Don Bosco and the school follows the Salesian system of education, also known as preventive system.
Don Bosco School, Siliguri hosts a state-of-the-art campus with prayer room for students to pray and meditate, a large auditorium which can accommodate 1500 people, a well equipped AV room, computer lab and science labs. The school also hosts four football grounds, three outdoor badminton courts, two cricket pitches, two basketball courts, one volleyball court and a huge playing area, two indoor badminton courts, ten table tennis boards, carrom boards and chess boards.
There is an extension counter of UTI Bank in the campus to facilitate the payment of school fees.
