The Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ mentioned in a tweet that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) assessment framework will be launched today, i.e, March 24 for science, maths, English at 5 pm.
“I will be launching the CBSE assessment framework for science, maths and English classes as part of CBSE competency-based education project by CBSE and British Council,” Nishank tweeted.

The assessment framework is being launched in line with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) in order to help improve the level of English, science and maths lessons taught from classes 6 to 10.
The CBSE has revised the board exam dates for classes 10 and Class 12 students. According to the new date sheet, class 12 Maths paper, which was scheduled for June 1, will now be held on May 31. While the Physics exam will now be held on June 8, instead of May 13.
