Tejal Amin is a Vadodara-based industry leader, educationist, and social contributor with over 40 years of experience across industry, education, and socio-cultural initiatives. She is a Director at Jyoti Ltd. and Full-Time Director at JSL Industries.
As Chairperson of the Navrachana Education Society, she has led its expansion into multiple institutions, including nationally and internationally affiliated schools and Navrachana University (NAAC A grade), collectively educating over 12,000 students annually. Deeply engaged in culture and civic life, she is a Bharatanatyam Visharad and Gold Medalist, Founder Trustee of Ghargharika, and Founding Chairperson of the Vadodara Marathon, a movement recognised internationally as the “Smallest City Biggest Marathon.”
She is also a strong advocate for women’s empowerment through initiatives such as MG Motors’ Drive Her Back and Prerna, and is a recipient of the Glory of Gujarat Award (2016) and the ICA Award for Outstanding Service to the Community (2018).
