An alumnus of Banaras Hindu University and Allahabad University, and a former civil servant with the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Madhok resigned in 1990 to join his family’s mission of providing quality English-medium education across Uttar Pradesh. Under his leadership, Sunbeam has expanded into numerous institutions—including CBSE schools, women’s colleges, a vocational school, and an autism centre—educating tens of thousands of students across both urban and rural Uttar Pradesh.
