Recently in 2023, Hebron School, Darjeeling, became a Career Lab-enabled school powered by Edumilestones. At Hebron School, career counselling is provided by in-house resources trained as Certified Career Analysts who help students to make informed career choices by scientifically assessing their personality, skills, interests, learning styles, and career values. They guide and support students in choosing the right career path, exploring career options, and developing skills to achieve their career goals. This ultimately leads to a fulfilling and successful career.
In the Career Lab programme, every student gets a personalised career dashboard. The school also gets a dashboard that highlights the career trends, skills gaps, preferred subjects, achieved milestones, and counselling summary for the school, all on one platform. This dashboard also helps the school with analytics reports, a dashboard for counsellor management, student management, trend analysis – school and class-wise, career reports of students, and much more.
After completing 80 career counselling sessions, Jemeema shared her positive experience. “I chose Career Lab and career counselling training from Edumilestones because, being a mother, a principal, and a counsellor myself, I understood that only with the right guidance and counselling would I be able to help my students to become better youths and adults tomorrow.
