Located on Sarjapur Road Elements Montessori is spread over 12,000 sq ft. It offers a preschool which follows the Montessori method early childhood education; Day Care (Creche) and comprehensive after school activities (Fun Forest Club) for children in the age group of 9 months to 15 years.

Elements Montessori has a two storied complex built over 12,000 sq. ft. The school has spacious rooms with cross ventilation and central copper rods to absorb heat and a water spraying mechanism on the roof to keep the facility cooled naturally. Indoor activities are organised using high quality Montessori teaching materials and other play equipment.
The play area is spread over 8000 square feet with ride-on’s, slides and other play equipment and has separate carved sections using green grass and soft sand alternatively to suit a variety of play activities.
Pre-Montessori Course
The Pre-Montessori course meets the education and exploration needs of children aged between 1.5 yrs and 2.5 yrs by helping them utilize their learning abilities get a head-start in life. The Pre-Montessori course is oriented towards group activities and has a higher component of play time to cater to the needs of young children. The Pre Montessori class has a student teacher ratio of 10:1.
The Montessori Curriculum includes
Practical Life: The activities are everyday tasks that a child needs to learn to master the care of self and care of the environment, such as pouring, sweeping, and tying, as well as grace and courtesy. The activities are intended to develop concentration, coordination, and independence in a child.
Sensorial: Montessori-specific materials help the child refine his experience of sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell. These materials are modeled on scientific concepts, such as metric system dimensions or algebraic formulas.
Language: Combination of phonetics and whole language. Here the child is first introduced to letters and sounds and gradually made to spell and read words by linking sounds together. Language is taught through a variety of multi-sensory activities – visual, auditory, tactile and kinesthetic.
Mathematics: Beginners ounting, advanced counting, the decimal system, rational numbers (fractions) and operations of addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division. Concepts are presented in a easy to understand way.
Culture Studies: Integrates and emphasizes a region or population’s geography, history, music, art, etc.
Enrichment: Physical education instruction, art instruction, drama instruction, and many outdoor opportunities in the form of field trips or activities.
The Montessori class has strength of 40 children with 2 teachers and 2 care takers.
The Montessori program has two sessions and both sessions are identical in content.
Morning session (9 am to 12 noon/1 pm)
Afternoon session (1.30 pm to 4.30 pm/5.30 pm)
Parents and the child must visit the school during the time of admission along with copy of birth certificate and 2 Passport photos of the child and 1 photo each of parents and any other person who may pick up the child from the school / transport drop point.
