Elevate your teaching prowess at STTAR National Teachers’ Olympiad

STTAR NTO

While every educator aims to carve a distinctive niche in the teaching domain, there are no defined benchmarks to evaluate the pedagogical skills of educators. Recognising this gap, Saamarthya Teachers Training Academy of Research (STTAR) has unveiled the National Teachers’ Olympiad, an exhilarating annual event that unearths the best educators in India and abroad.

Scheduled for December 9 & 10, 2023, the National Teachers’ Olympiad has been strategically designed to assess teaching excellence and recognise India’s most skilled and creative educators.

The event will feature a comprehensive online examination that will evaluate the participants’ knowledge, proficiency, and pedagogical aptitude. Candidates may take the exam in English or Hindi to demonstrate their prowess in the language of their choice.

Furthermore, teachers and instructors can choose to participate on either one or both the days of the Olympiad to enhance their prospects of achieving a higher rank. It delivers an exceptional opportunity for teachers and aspiring instructors to garner national recognition, nurture a professional profile, and acquire an extensive understanding of their strengths and potential for career advancement.

Another noteworthy aspect of the exam is that it is agnostic in terms of grade, domain, and subject. This implies that any teacher, whether currently practising, aspiring to become one, or retired, can participate in it without any conditions related to the class or subject they teach.

This inclusive approach ensures that educators from diverse backgrounds and abilities have a level playing field and equal opportunities to benefit from the testing process.
