The steps involved in solving a case will be discussed with the students. Following this, the intra college and inter college case study contest will be conducted. The workshop will commence at 1:00 pm and close at 2:30 pm.
The participating colleges are Hindu College, Lady Shri Ram College of Commerce, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, Keshav Mahavidyalaya and Hansraj College. Eptitude is also in talks with colleges such as Shri Ram College of Commerce, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Miranda House, Kirorimal College, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Jesus and Mary College and Sri Venkateswara College.

Abhishek Anand, director, Eptitude says, “There exists a gap between the skills and knowledge acquired by way of formal education in schools and colleges, and the skill-set required by the industry and the corporate world. At Xylem-Eptitude, we assist in enhancing the business proficiency of candidates by using a holistic approach with focus on business understanding, communication and inter-personal skills, and advanced skills used in analytics & modeling. Emphasis is also laid on the softer aspects such communication and negotiation skills that are equally crucial in boosting a candidate’s self-confidence and motivation, thus enhancing his/her employability.”

The module of Xylem, offered by the team of Eptitude is structured to enhance practical understanding as each session is supplemented with an exercise that simulates real-world business scenarios. In order to further boost efficacy, the module has been calibrated with timely assessments and individual feedback; and provides ample scope and assistance for continuous improvement.

A case-based approach to business situations is yet another part of their Business Proficiency Enhancer module. This aims at making the undergraduate students employable and better trained to face the practical challenges of the business world.

This offering has been greatly appreciated by the students and Eptitude has been especially invited by LSR to conduct this session in their campus for the shortlisted candidates of campus placement.
