Five Indian schools in the Top 10 for World’s Best School Prizes 2024, the most globally

Five Indian schools have made it to the Top 10 shortlists for the World’s Best School Prizes 2024, the highest number along with the UK. These prestigious awards, founded by T4 Education in collaboration with Accenture, American Express, and the Lemann Foundation, will share a $50,000 prize fund among winners.

Schools and Categories:
1. CM RISE School, Kalyanpura, Jhabua: Top 10 for Supporting Healthy Lives.
2. Ryan International School, Vasant Kunj: Top 10 for Environmental Action.
3. CM RISE School Vinoba, Ratlam: Top 10 for Innovation.
4. Kalvi International Public School, Madurai: Top 10 for Community Collaboration.
5. Mumbai Public School L.K. Waghji International (IGCSE): Top 10 for Supporting Healthy Lives.

Event Insights:
Vikas Pota, Founder of T4 Education, emphasized the importance of solving educational challenges and praised the innovative approaches of the shortlisted Indian schools. Jill Huntley from Accenture highlighted the impact of Ryan International School’s environmental efforts.

The five World’s Best School Prizes recognize excellence in Community Collaboration, Environmental Action, Innovation, Overcoming Adversity, and Supporting Healthy Lives. Winners will be chosen by a Judging Academy and a Public Vote, with the top three finalists announced in September 2024 and the winners in November 2024. Each winning school will receive $10,000.
