Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur successfully concluded the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2023 on February 12, 2023. The examination was held on 4, 5, 11 and 12 February, 2023 in eight sessions. The examination this year witnessed a good response with about 6.8 lakh candidates registering for it. GATE 2023 was held in more than 500 centres across the country with an overall attendance of about 77%. The attendance this year was better than last year’s edition.
Meanwhile, candidates are eagerly waiting for the GATE answer key and results. Before releasing the answer key, IIT-K will release the response sheet of the candidates. The GATE 2023 will release the candidates’ response sheets on February 15. Candidates who have appeared for the exam will be able to download their answer sheets from the official website- gate.iitk.ac.in.
As per the official schedule, GATE 2023 provisional answer key will be released on February 21. Candidates will be able to match the answer key with their answers as marked in the response sheet to get an idea of the score he/she will be scoring. The window to raise objections or send feedback against any wrong answer key will be open from February 22 to 25. IIT-Kanpur will review the feedback and release a revised answer key if required.
