SportsRegistration forms are available at the Gems International School, Gurgaon campus on all working days (Monday – Friday) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The school conducts admission interviews and assessments throughout the year depending on the availability of seats. Admission assessments are either informal interactions or interview conducted between the principal and the student with both parents.
Age criteria for playgroup is 2 years plus as on March 31 of the year in which admission is sought.

According to a school spokesperson, Gems International School, Gurgaon focuses on holistic education that extends beyond the classroom to embrace a wide range of extra curricular activities including sports, nature trips, arts and crafts, and exploratory excursions that provide a well-rounded experience and development of student potential.
Being a day school, Gems International School, Gurgaon does not offer accommodation facility.
