Founded in 1999, Hopetown Girls’ School, Dehradun is an all girls fully residential school sited in the picturesque Doon valley campus. Candidates offered admission must respond to the offer within 30 days by paying the necessary admission dues and return duly signed, the Indemnity Agreement (on Judicial Stamp Paper), the uniform measurements, tailoring chart and the student’s medical history form, failing which, the offer of admission will lapse. In such cases the school will be entitled to offer the place to the next candidate in order of merit/position on the waiting list.
The lower age limit for admission in the School is nine years + as on April 1 of the year of joining the school in grade V. Similarly, correlation of age and class to which admission is sought is an essential requirement.
On admission, candidates will be sent a set of admissions documents, allotted an admission number and placed on the rolls of the school. Admission documents and the rules & regulations of the school must be carefully studied by parents. Once admitted, candidates will be subject to all the rules of the school.
The visitor’s list, clothing list, travel instructions, medical certificate and personal data form must be returned to the school office before the child is handed over to the house mistress.
Admission dues, once paid, will not, under any circumstances, be refundable.
