The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi (CISCE) has declared the ICSE and ISC results 2020, that is, class 10 and 12 exams, respectively. The pass percentage of the ICSE exams is at 99.33 percent whereas the pass percentage of the ISC exams is at 96.8 percent. A total of 2.06 lakh candidates in the ICSE and 85,611 in ISC have cleared the ISC exam.
For ICSE, as many as 54.19 per cent students who appeared for the exam were boys while 45.81 per cent were girls and for ISC, 53.65 per cent of students were boys and 46.35 per cent girls.
The CISCE exams were scheduled to be held in February and March but was later cancelled after the rise in number of Covid-19 cases in the country. For the pending exams, the students will be assessed on the basis of internal exams. In case a student is not satisfied they will have the option to re-appear for the exams on a later date.
According to the council, the result is now available at the websites — cisce.org, results.cisce.org. The students can also check the result via SMS. For receiving the ICSE, ISC exam results, the students need to send their seven digit roll code to 09248082883.
Candidates can apply for revaluation of a subject grade on request, in one or more subjects, provided that the Head of the School/candidate submits the application online which is available underneath the ‘Results’ tab on www.cisce.org. The last date for application is 16 July.
