India’s first tech-enabled preschool, IKidz, has disclosed plans for a significant expansion of its business operations, reaching various cities and states across the country. The expansion initiative aims to establish over 200 centres in more than 90 cities during the fiscal year 2024.
With a current strong presence in metropolitan areas, IKidz hosts an average of 40 students per centre, achieving an impressive return on investment of up to 170%. Capitalizing on the success of existing centres, the preschool is extending its reach into new geographies, including Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh.
Dhruv Ahuja, the CEO & Founder of IKidz, expressed satisfaction with the company’s growth, stating, “Since its inception, IKidz has been committed to cultivating a robust network of tech-integrated early childhood education centres. With our expansion, we aim to establish an inclusive ecosystem of early education across the Indian landscape, ensuring equal opportunities for holistic growth and development for every child in the country.”
The upcoming IKidz centres will leverage the ‘IKidz Smart’ software, an AI-based tool designed to assist parents during the admission process. Additionally, the software will serve as an assessment tool, aiding parents and teachers in monitoring a child’s academic developmental progress.
In a strategic move to accelerate growth, IKidz has entered a collaboration with Franchise India. This partnership aims to showcase the company’s offerings in upcoming exhibitions in Indore, Jaipur, and Chandigarh, positioning IKidz as a pioneering preschool setting new standards in early childhood education.
