IL&FS Education & Technology Services Limited, leader in providing edtech solutions to schools and students with two decades of track record, has been recently renamed as Schoolnet India Limited, as a part of the corporate branding exercise.
The decision to change the name was taken by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders of the Company, and further, was subsequently approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), GoI.
While the name has changed, Schoolnet India Limited will continue in its mission to impact the teaching-learning outcomes of millions leveraging technology and pedagogy. Our service and excellence shall not change with name and the only change we endeavour to make shall be towards improvement and development of our products and solutions
