Inventure campus: human development milestones.

Sited on a carefully designed 37-acre campus in Bengaluru’s Whitefield-Sarjapur corridor, Inventure Academy is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary. Recently, this co-ed day school (estb.2005) affiliated with the CISCE, Delhi and Cambridge International (UK) exam boards, was ranked India’s #1 co-ed day school in the EducationWorld India School Rankings (EWISR) 2025-26 for the second year consecutively and promoted to the new super nova category of Ivy League Schools. Currently, Inventure has 1,564 students of 12 nationalities mentored by 260 highly trained faculty, on its muster rolls.
Over the past 20 years, Inventure has matured into a vibrant multi-campus learning community that includes the Inventure Preschool, Whitefield (estb.2019) and the fast-track Inventure Academy, Yeshwanthpur Campus (estb.2023), was recognised as India’s #1 Emerging High-Potential School at the EWISR 2025-26 Awards conclave.

“At Inventure, we have always believed that education must empower young learners to attain their full potential, not only in school, but also by contributing to larger causes. When learners develop voice and a shared sense of co-agency, learning moves beyond individual success. It becomes a force that ignites positive change, balances freedom with responsibility and helps young people imagine, and work towards a more inclusive and equitable world,” says Nooraine Fazal, Founding-CEO and Managing Trustee of Inventure. A management science postgrad of Boston University who acquired business and organisational experience during a ten-year corporate career with IT behemoth IBM and media multinational Reuters in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sydney, and Hong Kong, Fazal co-promoted Inventure with Irfan Razack, chairman of Prestige Properties Ltd — the well-known Bengaluru-based real estate development and construction major — over two decades ago.
According to Fazal, Inventure’s identity is embodied in six Core Values that guide the school’s culture viz, developing individuality and teamwork, maximising learning opportunities, inculcating passion for excellence, building integrity with responsibility, encouraging sensitivity and compassion and cultivating dynamism. “These values are lived daily in our classrooms, in community work, in leadership in the arts and on the sports field,” says this purposeful and idealist educationist.
Over the past decade, Inventure students have earned 61 Cambridge World and Country Top awards and represented India at international Olympiads, robotics and science fairs, research forums, sustainability summits and global art showcases. Yet the school measures its success just as meaningfully through quieter, deeply human development milestones: the child who discovers resilience through sport, the team that redefines a community solution at the Changemaker Challenge or the learner who finds her voice on stage. Inventure’s signature platforms amplify these outcomes.
Unsurprisingly co-curricular education is accorded high importance in Inventure, Whitefield-Sarjapur and affiliated schools. Inventure’s Youth Parliament, Our Voice, Inventuring, the Changemaker Challenge and the multi-level Inventurepreneurship Program that begin in Primary School and culminate in senior school enable students to connect academic learning to wider-world issues, conduct field research, build prototypes, test ideas, iterate solutions and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Moreover, the school’s annual musical has acquired a city-wide reputation as a celebration of imagination, collaboration and craft. Studios for art, dance, music and theatre provide learners with expansive spaces to experiment, express and create.
Sports education is also given equivalent status with academics and co-curricular learning. The school’s sports facilities include a synthetic turf football field, athletics track, swimming pool, multiple tennis and basketball courts, cricket nets and a modern gymnasium. Inventure athletes have represented Karnataka and India in sailing, swimming, athletics, tennis and football. The high importance accorded to sports education is unsurprising. In her collegiate years, Inventure promoter-trustee Fazal donned Karnataka colours in cricket and currently is a nationally ranked woman golfer.
Inventure’s Yeshwanthpur campus carries forward this same DNA and ethos. Currently in its third year, it has become a joyful, academically ambitious environment grounded in balanced literacy, interdisciplinary inquiry, entrepreneurship, the arts, sports and wellbeing. The Inventure Preschool, launched in 2019, anchors the continuum of learning with a discovery-led model centred on curiosity, independence and early critical thinking through play, stories, experimentation and meaningful engagement with the world.
As behoves a nationally top-ranked co-ed day school with impressive progressive liberal credentials, the Inventure management and the Prestige real estate group are mindful of their wider CSR (corporate social responsibility). In 2019, in collaboration with the Department of Public Instruction and NGO Whitefield Ready, Inventure adopted the Ramagondanahalli Government Higher Primary School (RGHPS). Since then, floundering enrolment has increased by 450 percent, attendance and learning outcomes routinely surpasses the state average and the first two class X cohorts achieved a 100 percent pass rate. Last year, this partnership was extended for ten years after the state government acknowledged consistent academic improvement and community support. In EWISR 2025-26, RGHPS was ranked Karnataka’s #1 State government school.
Inspired by the vastly improved learning outcomes and positive community impact of RGHPS, early this year, Inventure and the Prestige Group signed an MoU with Karnataka’s Department of School Education to adopt and rejuvenate three more government schools. This long-term initiative aims to transform 100,000 students into changemakers of their societies.
“As Inventure crosses its 20th anniversary milestone, we are set to expand our footprint. A new North Bangalore campus will be inaugurated in 2028 to replicate the artistic and entrepreneurial pathways that characterise the parent school. We believe that over the past two decades, we have ideated and implemented a new 21st century model of K-12 education that needs to be replicated in the national interest,” says Fazal.
