Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, inaugurated its MBA Batch 2025–27 with Shubharambh 2025, an orientation programme featuring eminent industry leaders and alumni.
The ceremony opened with the traditional lighting of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana, followed by a welcome address from Prof. (Dr.) Daviender Narang, director, Jaipuria Institute of Management. In his inaugural remarks, Shishir Jaipuria, chairman of the Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions, urged students to embrace new learnings, lifelong friendships and purpose-driven careers.
Industry experts shared their perspectives with the incoming cohort. Guest of Honour Alvin David, India Campus Head, Newgen Software, stressed the importance of passion and execution, while Tanvi Madaan, senior director – L&D, NoBroker.com, encouraged students to reflect and recognise their true worth. Chief guest Kamal Bali, managing director & president, Volvo Group India, highlighted four transformative forces shaping the future—geopolitical shifts, evolving globalisation, emerging technologies such as AI, and sustainability.
The inaugural session concluded with an address and vote of thanks by Vinod Malhotra, advisor, Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions, and a guest felicitation ceremony.
In the afternoon, Spandan, an alumni interaction, saw graduates from organisations including Kotak Mahindra Bank, Tata Motors, Interglobe Aviation, and Jana Small Finance Bank share professional insights and experiences.
The day ended on an enthusiastic note, setting the stage for an enriching academic and professional journey for Jaipuria’s new MBA batch.
