Jasudben ML School, located at Khar in Mumbai, is a coeducational day school affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). The school was founded in 1980 by Dr. Madhuri Shah, the late president of Gujarat Research Society.
Started with just 17 students, the school today boasts more than 18,00 students from Kindergarten through class XII. The school’s motto is “Knowledge is adorned by character”.
The school campus hosts large, spacious classrooms; students of class IX to XII have air-conditioned classrooms. The library is spacious and equipped with audio-visual aids as well as a variety of reading material – books, periodicals, and magazines among others. There are three large state of the art labs for chemistry, physics and biology; the computer lab has more than forty advanced computers.
The auditorium with a capacity of 350 is centrally air conditioned with excellent acoustics and so is the multipurpose hall which has a specially designed roof. The school also houses a cafeteria and air conditioned staffrooms equipped with computers and latest technology applications.
The school follows the CISCE curriculum and offers schooling from Nursery through class XII. Apart from regular classroom teaching, the school invites eminent personalities from different lifestyles like literary figures, scientists, famous architects and people from the entertainment world to address and interact with the students. Regular workshops on personality development, public speaking, and leadership are an integral part of the curriculum. Students are taken on visits to places of historic and cultural importance and an orientation program on the place of visit is conducted prior to the visit.
Jasudben M.L. School Model United Nations (JMUN) is open to students from classes VII – XII and offers them opportunity to learn about fine diplomacy, skillful debating and quick thinking.
The school assigns a multi disciplinary project every year to each student of class IV to class IX. Power point presentations, charts, drama, elocution are part of the project.
Extracurricular: Yoga is an integral part of the school curriculum and so are art and music, regular trips to art galleries and museums; art exhibitions are organized and students from pre primary level onwards are exposed to both vocal and instrumental music.
The school is a regular participant in international exchange programs and a member of EuMind (Europe meets India) which encourages educational and ecological initiatives between European and Indian schools.
The school also coordinates with the British Council on International School Awards by participating in national and international projects at school level.

The registration forms for nursery admission are issued in the month of November and admissions are finalized by the beginning of February.
Special requests however are accommodated for parents who are transferred from one city to another.
