The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the provisional seat allotment results for the third round of admissions to medical and dental courses for the 2025 academic year on its official website on Friday.
Candidates allotted seats under either the All India Quota (AIQ) or through KEA’s third round must confirm their decision to retain the KEA seat by submitting a written request in person at the KEA office or by emailing from their registered email ID to [email protected] by 12:30 PM on October 25.
Candidates who wish to raise objections can do so by visiting the KEA office in Malleswaram, Bengaluru, and submitting a written complaint, or by sending an email to the same address by 10:00 AM on October 25, according to the KEA.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in the candidate being excluded from the final third-round seat allotment, and their medical course fee deposit will not be refunded, KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna stated in a media release.
The final seat allotment results for the third round will be announced after 12:00 noon on October 27. Candidates who are allotted seats must pay the balance fees by October 30, download the seat confirmation letter, and report to their allotted college with all original documents to complete the admission process.
The KEA further clarified that no seat cancellation requests will be accepted after the final round. Candidates who fail to report to the college, wish to cancel their seat, or do not complete the admission process will forfeit their medical course fee deposit in accordance with the rules, the release added.
