class

On Thursday, the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducted the ‘CET Vidyarthi Mitra Master Trainer’ program to address inaccuracies in applications. S Ramya, ED of KEA, led training for over 250 PU Science lecturers from all districts, utilizing visual presentations.

Upon completing the master training, participants will proceed to train two lecturers from each PU college in their districts. Subsequently, these trained lecturers will further instruct students in their respective colleges. The entire process is expected to be finalized by January 10.

Master Trainers have also been tasked with providing training to PU lecturers from CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE colleges.

The objective of this training is to rectify common errors in online applications, including name mismatch, incorrect RD numbers, and inaccuracies in category/caste mentions. S Ramya emphasized that streamlining the CET process by eliminating errors not only expedites the application process but also ensures students do not miss opportunities to secure seats in their preferred courses.

KEA Administrator Dr. Rupasri was also present during the training session.
