Kathalaya, Bangalore’s most popular house of stories that trains and encourages people in the art of storytelling, will be hosting a webinar for senior citizens (60 years and above). A storyteller can cause us to sink into the deepest feelings and experiences of ourselves and lift us to inspire our behaviour. Kathalaya’s stories have become a bond that unites everyone and the ‘Sensit for Silverliners’ webinar aims to bridge the gap between the generations.
Kathalaya offers certified courses in storytelling with an excellent teaching faculty.
Geeta Ramanujam founded the Kathalaya Trust – The House of Stories in 1998 to bridge the gap between the “Teacher and Taught”. Nearly 20 years after its inception, Kathalaya has grown into a huge tree providing shade for storytellers, teachers, corporate and professionals from around the world. It has now bloomed into an international academy of storytelling which has trained over 85,000 people and has spread its roots to over 23 countries across the world.
It is a great opportunity for seniors to learn about storytelling and will be hosted on Saturday, July 18, 2020 from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. For registration, click the link below:
