The date for accepting online private student registration applications (Form No. 17 ) along with fees for the Secondary School Certificate (Class X) and Higher Secondary Certificate (Class XII) examinations has been extended till September 30, 2025 by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE). 

The Board has informed in a release that Form No. 17 is being issued privately to students for Class 10 and Class 12 examinations and that all schools/junior colleges are available to the students as per the Board’s terms and conditions.

MSBSHSE secretary Devidas Kulal has emphasised that “private students have to fill the registration forms online only”. Therefore, it is important to note that no offline applications will be accepted.
