Mentor Together has announced the Mentoring Summit India 2025, to be held on 19–20 November 2025 at the Bangalore International Centre. The two-day event will bring together over 40 national and international speakers, featuring seven panel discussions and twelve workshops focused on integrating mentoring into India’s education, employability, and youth well-being systems.
The Summit, supported by LinkedIn, BT Group, the British Asian Trust, and IKEA, will convene 400 participants, including policymakers, researchers, corporate leaders, philanthropists, and practitioners, to discuss how mentoring can be embedded as a key component of youth development.
Speakers include Arundhuti Gupta (CEO, Mentor Together), Manjushree N (Government of Karnataka), Dr Livia Alfonsi (Harvard Business School), Aditi Jha (LinkedIn), Raghunath Rajan (BCG), Parineeta Lakra (IKEA), Gunjan Taneja (Gates Foundation), Viji Iyer (J-PAL South Asia), Nikita Bengani (QUEST Alliance), and Manisha Gupta (Start-Up!).
Day 1 will feature sessions on mentoring frameworks, scaling mentorship across sectors, youth agency, quality standards, financing models, and employability. Highlights include panels on “A Vision for Mentoring in India,” “Towards a Million Plus Mentors,” and “Solving for Employability: The Role of Mentoring.”
Day 2 will focus on workshops, including a Government of Karnataka-led session on expanding mentoring across 500 government colleges, and discussions on leveraging technology and AI for mentorship. Additional workshops will address mentoring quality, impact measurement, mental health, and mentor skill development.
The Summit aims to advance a shared vision for mentoring as a public good and strengthen collaboration among stakeholders working to support young people across India.
