Ingredients

 210 gm (1 cup) of any millet, such as ragi
 2 tbsp sugar
 500 ml (2 cups) apple juice
 100 gm (½ cup) sesame seeds
 100 gm (½ cup) pumpkin seeds
 100 gm (¾ cup) chopped dried apricots
 30 gm puffed rice
 20 gm coconut flour
